Group & Corporate Events.
Combine traditional Spanish cooking in authentic settings with cata de vino (wine tasting) and exotic Flamenco dancing from our associated Flamenco Cuadro "Sueños".
For groups of twenty plus we also can organize dinners to sample traditional Spanish cuisine in authentic locations. (See sample menus below)
This can be complemented with a cata (wine tasting), where our expert will give you a brief introduction to Spanish wines, the main grape varieties and the wine making process, before going on to explain the qualities of the wine you will be drinking during dinner.
If you want to add an exotic touch to your dinner we can also organize a Flamenco Show in association with our local cuadro "Sueños", who will perform a mix of bulerias, sevillanas, alegrias, accompanied by cante (song) and baile (dance) to give you a taste of Andalusia. For the daring among you there will also be the chance to participate! http://www.flamenco-shows.com

For Events in Madrid:
Restaurant A: A very traditional Asturian bar deep in the cellars and situated right in the centre of Madrid. The walls are covered in photographs and we are yet to find one which doesn't feature the owner! It has a vibrant atmosphere and great food. Its speciality drink is cider which is poured in a very original way - into the glass from the distance of about 1m! Adventurous Appetites Ltd has arranged two separate menus.
Restaurant B: A very traditional restaurant from the Burgos area. Situated very close to the financial area of Madrid. Its upstairs dining room offers a typically Spanish setting. It serves a high quality menu of typically Spanish food. The chef also speaks English if there are any doubts!
Restaurant C: Very close to the business centre of Madrid and the InterContinental Hotel, this locale gives you a taste of the modern Spain. With its mix of traditional and modern it is a great place to celebrate your event in an impressive environment. In conjuction with Adventurous Appetites Ltd it can offer a traditional dinner, aperitifs, cocktails and after dinner dancing
Walking tour, tapas, dinner and Flamenco: This service combines a walking tour of the city centre with a bit of Spanish tapas, a typical sit-down Spanish dinner and flamenco show.
For Events just outside Madrid:
Restaurant D: You will be taken by coach to a Carmelite convent situated in a village 30 mins to the north of Madrid. The convent was built between 1670 and 1674 and was designed to house twenty one Carmelitas descalzas (literally bare-footed Carmelite nuns). It was used by the order until the middle of the 1970's when it was abandoned because of its terrible state of repair. In 1980 it was declared a National Monument and saved from ruin. It has been restored and now has a hotel and holds events in its beautiful patios and claustro. It was voted best European hotel for corporate events 2006 by Conde-Nast Johansens.
Restaurant E: You will visit the picturesque Medieval village of Chinchón, situated at 45Km from Madrid and famed for its beautiful main square (which among other things has served as a bull ring and a place of execution during the Inquisition), its limoncillo and aniseed liqueurs, and its garlic. You will be left in the main square by your coach driver and then escorted up to the restaurant which is housed in an old winery.
