To turn off the speakers when you plug the headphones please edit and add to "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base" "options snd-hda-intel model=stack3 position_fix=0 single_cmd=0" without quotes and restart alsa-base. Thanks to Jordi AmorĂ³s Andreu for the fix.
