PRESENTATION And GRATEFULNESS

Always I have had full trust in the possibilities that the new technologies offer to education. Through them it can be made valid two basic principles of the task of teaching: to favour the democratization of the information and knowledge, and to advance towards an expansive school able to pass over the walls of the educational institutions and to reach all the corners of the society. These universal concepts don't know age, neither time, nor place.

Having this idea on mind I began to work on the web at the beginning of the academic year 2002/2003, I had always the sight put on keeping alive the flame of teaching-learning and the personal contact with my students as their teacher and tutor. 

Its design and bringing in operation, seemingly easy, supposed and supposes for me a real personal challenge which I have had to face day by day throughout these years. Those near 38000 existent visits in the moment of writing these introductory and gratitude lines encourage me to continue in the undertaken path.

The one that now present is the third restructuring of the page inside a permanent process of attention to the two following challenges:

                                                        
1. To adapt all my materials to the computer environment.
2. To maintain the page up to date

The fruit of all this effort is this simple environment that I have created with so much affection, with the thought put in facilitating to all of you who always navigate through it the heavy and complex task of learning. I hope that I have achieved it.

My last words are of gratitude to all the colleagues and students that have stood by me and encourage me to continue.
