Motorhome rent particular

Lessor owns one (1) motor home Roller Team Granduca 64. This means no other vehicle can be supplied in case there is a breakdown provoked by a previous lessee, which could not be repaired. In case the Vehicle could not be delivered on the day agreed due to accidental cause or irresistible force, no compensation shall be requested by Lessee.
The booking shall be confirmed once the Lessor has received a signed copy of the agreement and a downpayment of 20% of the rental has been effectuated.
In the event that the Lessee, as a result of a unilateral decision, delayed the beginning of departure or returned the Vehicle before the stipulated time, Lessee shall be entitled to no reimbursement.
It is expressly forbidden to use the vehicle for any activity against the moral, the law and the customs. It is specifically forbidden to transport more people that permitted by law, participate in races, transport goods or objects, whether they are permitted by law or not, or assign the use of the Vehicle to third parties in onerous or lucrative title.
The Lessee shall be liable for any sanction or fine caused by the infringement of enforceable provisions. Lessee shall also be liable in the event of seizure of the Vehicle, assuming therefore the expenses and the lost profits of the Lessor for as long as the Vehicle is unavailable, being the Lessee subject to the payment of a daily rental amount according to the fees in effect for the rental of the Vehicle.
In case that the Lessee is the sole and only person to blame for a breakdown in the Vehicle, the Lessee shall be liable for the damages deriving from the failure of the Vehicle to operate.
The Vehicle shall be returned in good hygienic conditions, with the interior cleaned and the WC and grey water tanks properly emptied. Otherwise, the Lessee agrees to settle the sum of €100, which will be deducted from the paid deposit.
Were the Lessee willing to enlarge the rental period of the Vehicle, it shall be his/her obligation to communicate the Lessor at least 3 days prior to the ending of this agreement. The eventual confirmation shall be subject to availability on the part of the Lessor, therefore not implying a commitment for the Lessor. Any delay in the devolution which has not been authorised or is not due to irresistible force, shall be penalised with a fee equalling three times the daily fee specified in the agreement.
The Vehicle has a fully comprehensible insurance as requested by law, with an allowance of €540. In the event of any casualty arising under the effect of this agreement, the Lessee shall settle said amount, hereby agreeing that said amount shall be deducted from the deposit. The Lessee is liable for any civil and criminal acts deriving from events or circumstances which may not be contemplated or included in the insurance policy.
A minimum €540 deposit shall be paid in order to ensure the proper use and devolution of the vehicle. The deposit shall be returned once the vehicle has been examined. In the event of any damages arising as a result of misuse, the Lessor shall provide a written notice in detail with the amount that will be owed, and deducted from the deposit. Were it not possible to estimate the value of the damages immediately, the Lessor is entitled to 30 days prior to the devolution of the amount remaining from the deposit, once deducted the cost of the repairs of the damages or harms.
Cancellations: Booking the vehicle implies the downpayment of 20% of the total amount of the rental. In the event of any cancellation, these penalisations will be applied upon the downpayment:

In case of giving notice of the cancellation 30 days before the beginning of the rental…… 20%
In case of giving notice between 30 and 16 days before the beginning of the rental…...… 50%
In case of giving notice less than 16 days before the beginning of the rental…............… 100%

In case the Lessee fails to be in the place and on the time agreed for the beginning of the rental, it will be deemed as a cancellation and therefore the agreement will be unilaterally severed, resulting in a penalisation of 100% of the value of the rental. The failure by the Lessee in attending the agreed place will entitle the Lessor to use the vehicle as deemed appropriate, not having the Lessee any right to claim any compensation.
The driver of the Vehicle shall have a minimum age of 28 years, and must be a holder of a category-B driving license for at least the last two years.
Smoking and Pets are not allowed.
The total amount of the rental shall be paid prior to departure, by cash or marked cheque. In addition, a minimum €540 deposit shall be paid in order to ensure the proper use and devolution of the vehicle.
