This
large airy flat (100 sqm. meters) is located in the old fisherman's
quarter of Barcelona, at the sea side end of the prestigious Paseo
Joan de Borbo, a matter of meters from the beach. From the deck chairs
on the spacious balcony overlooking Port Vell,there are fabulous views
of both the city and the sea. It has two double bedrooms, both with
double beds, two bathrooms, equipped with showers and tubs, an office/
study and a large open plan sitting room and kitchen. The sitting
room has a designer sofa which becomes a very comfortable single bed.
There is a wide screen TV , stereo, and DVD player. The kitchen is
fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the small utility
room off it. The beach is a stones throw away and the old city, the
'barrio gotico', about 8 minutes walk. The building has a lift and
the flat is equipped with air conditioning and heating. We will meet
you on arrival to show you the ropes and pass on our tips about restaurants
shops etc.Sheets and bath towels are provided but we would ask you
to bring your own beach towels. |
