For Jordi Gratacós,SOCO, most important in any public work it is that one adapts to the space to which is destined, that is to say, the artist creates the piece based on the space that has been adjudged to him and this one will mark to the material, the dimension and, often, the reason for the sculpture. The artist considers that he must have  a great respect to the town or community that are to receive its piece; this way, he does not conceive it as a work of Jordi Gratacós, SOCO, but of a whole town.
