Te Anau :

The huge passion that we feel for cats along with wonderful behaviour of the Maine Coon motivated us to start the project :) One day one Maine Coon arrived home. Soon we felt in love with this spectacular cat and we started to have the idea of breeding in mind. So, another cat arrived home. Then another, and another… :)

We live on outskirts of Madrid. We have just started the project under FIFE name Te Anau (ASFE members), we know that there is a very long way to achieve our target. We hope to get wonderful solid and sweet cats. That’s our objective.

If you love Maines, we hope you enjoy our cats, our "children".. When a Maine Coon comes home he is a family member, he "talks" to you. Our cats live at home with us, also their kittens, growing with humans (and a dog!!), so they develope the character and behaviour expected for "your best friend".

We have imported wonderful breed lines from different European countries to achieve our target. Our cats are Leukemia, PIF, FIV, PKD and HCM tested (ADN and eco).
